Our role
OXYEN is a concierge service. We arrange yachts, vehicles, dining and access provided by licensed third-party operators, who remain responsible for delivering their services.
Prices
Prices on this site are starting points ("from"). Your final price depends on date, duration, number of guests and availability, and is confirmed in writing before any payment.
Bookings and deposits
A booking is confirmed once the deposit stated in your quote is received. The balance is due before the service date unless agreed otherwise.
Cancellations and weather
Cancellation terms are stated in each quote. If a captain decides conditions are unsafe, the charter is rescheduled or an alternative is offered.
